    These Terms govern purchases and use of AngelsWash.com (“the website”). “Angels Wash,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating the website.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies presented to you before checkout.

  1. Eligibility & Customer Information
    You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement. You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information and to use only payment methods you are authorized to use.
  2. Products & Safe Use
    Our products must be used according to their instructions, warnings, specifications, and intended purpose.

Pressure washer equipment, including the Swivel Boss gun, can cause serious injury or property damage. Before use, verify compatibility with your pressure washer, hoses, fittings, and accessories. Never exceed the lowest pressure or temperature rating of any connected component. Inspect equipment and secure connections before operation.

Use appropriate protective equipment. Never direct spray toward people, animals, or electrical equipment. Use suitable pressure, nozzle selection, and distance for the surface being cleaned. Turn off the pressure washer and release pressure before disconnecting accessories. Stop use immediately if equipment leaks, is damaged, or malfunctions.

Videos and demonstrations supplement product instructions and do not replace them.

  1. Prices & Payment
    Prices are shown in the currency identified at checkout. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed before purchase. Prices and promotions may change for future orders.

If a material pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding at a different price. You may decline the corrected price and receive a refund of any payment collected for the canceled item.

  1. Orders & Availability
    Orders are subject to product availability and payment verification. We may decline or cancel orders for suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, or other legitimate reasons permitted by law. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the canceled portion.

Preorder products and estimated shipping dates will be identified before purchase.

  1. Shipping
    The Shipping Policy presented on our website explains processing times, shipping options, tracking, and delivery issues. Carrier delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide the option to accept a delay or cancel for a full refund, obtaining consent where required by law.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact angelswashllc@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may help us investigate. Nothing in our policies limits remedies required by applicable law.

    Any written product warranty will be provided separately and made available before purchase where required. These Terms do not override an applicable written warranty or exclude warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

    Customers are responsible for following product instructions and using appropriate, compatible equipment.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Angels Wash disclaims liability for injury or damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, incompatible equipment, operation beyond stated ratings, or failure to follow instructions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Angels Wash is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business interruption, arising from use of the website or products.

These limitations do not exclude or restrict liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, product defects, personal injury, or any other matter to the extent that liability cannot legally be excluded or restricted. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
