ANGELS WASH RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order by emailing angelswashllc@gmail.com. Include your order number and the item you would like to return.
Return Eligibility
For standard returns, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all included accessories. Proof of purchase is required.
These condition requirements do not prevent you from reporting a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Restocking Fee & Return Shipping
Approved standard returns are subject to:
• A 20% restocking fee, calculated on the purchase price actually paid for the returned merchandise, excluding taxes and shipping.
• A flat $6.99 return shipping charge per return shipment when using our provided return label.
Both charges will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for standard returns, except where required by law. Applicable taxes will be refunded as required by law.
How to Return an Item
Contact angelswashllc@gmail.com before shipping your return. We will provide instructions and a return label for eligible returns. Please securely package the item with all included accessories.
Do not send your return to the address on the original shipping label unless we instruct you to do so.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, is defective, or is different from what you ordered, contact angelswashllc@gmail.com promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may help us investigate.
For confirmed defective items, damage sustained during delivery, or fulfillment errors, we will provide an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund consistent with applicable law and any applicable warranty. We will cover required return shipping and will not charge a restocking fee.
The standard 30-day return window does not limit applicable warranty rights or other legal remedies.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you regarding approval and any applicable deductions. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Marketplace Purchases
Orders placed through TikTok Shop or another marketplace must follow that platform’s return process. Applicable platform rules and buyer protections take priority over conflicting provisions of this policy.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies available under applicable law.
